Brock Porter is the obvious outlier (#11) as he was projected to be the first pitcher off the board in, maybe, the top 10.
We're at pick 68 and only 9 player inside top 70 are still on the board. Porter and 5 HSers, the others are in the 50-60s.

Fabian's stock has rightfully dropped but we have to remember that this guy was projected to go Top 5 before the '21 season started
