Bundy didn't throw an inning in '13. He threw 41.1 innings in '14. (103.2 in '12.)
What's the max amount of innings you think he can throw in '15? 130?

Probably a 130-150 target, depending on where he is and the playoff situation. They will do something goofy with him early in the year to try to extend available at the end of the year.

If he can get to 150, I'm more optimistic about him possibly helping the ML team at some point.
Another off-season of rehab, and I'm pretty confident he will look better next Spring. He's still going to have to go work his way back at AA/AAA and earn his way back.
I'm concerned that if 130 inning winds up being the cap of what he can reach, that he won't even get to be a potential Wild Card for the '15 Birds.

He was never an injury guy before and was well conditioned so I like his odds of coming back strong. I think he might be able to hold up for 150 but they might put a hard cap on him. Me, I wouldn't because not all of his innings are going to be high effort they aren't all created equal, so I'd give a rough ballpark and see how he does.
I'm almost positive they will do something unorthodox to keep him light on innings before the break, especially if he looks BACK in ST. Cause they will want to use him like KG this season.

Sure, you would have to expect this. They will be expecting to contend again next year, and they will want him to potentially be an option at some point.
Maybe they should just plan on him beginning his season May 1st - 15th.

Man. How crazy is it he pitched for the Orioles in 2012. Now we're talking about him working back in 2015.
TJ is a bitch.

Nobody's asking me, but I'd use him on a schedule out of the bullpen for the first 2+ months of the season. I wouldn't let him start because it feels wrong to pull guys after 2ish innings. Let him start the 5th inning and throw innings (to a pitch count) and let him vulture some wins. You can force the scheduled work in the minors where you'd never do it in the majors.
I didn't like the way they were forced to hold the reigns on Gausman after the way they started him and that bizarre call-up against Detroit. Be more intentional about his work in the minors and he's NOT the first guy up to the majors before the AS break.

How in the world is Bundy down to one option? He's thrown, what, two major league innings?

Major league contract when he signed, so he was added to the 40 right away, and then every year after that burns an option.

Geez, that's a real lousy rule and handcuffs a team significantly.
