To Ricker's point about Michigan State, they're a hard team to count out given Izzo's success in March. As has been frequently joked, he might as well take a vacation until March every year.

St. Louis is good. How cool would that be?
Is there a FGCU this year?

My favorite convo every year goes like this: Will a #16 ever beat a #1?... Yes, but not this year.

Wichita and Virginia would be 2 pretty weak #1's if that were to happen...
with all due respect.

Georgia State
Interesting. I'll keep an eye out. Looks like they score a lot of points and shoot well.

Yea, they do, though they struggled yesterday (leading scorer was not 100%)..Assuming they win the Sun Belt, they'll probably be a 13-14 seed.

God I love the Tournament. I can't wait to see who surprises.

Should be fun!
My Tarheels could lose in the first round, or go to the Final Four and i wouldn't be surprised after the season they've had.

Winners of 11 straight though - there's a run to be had there for sure. Saturday should be a hell of a game.

I think Witchita would be the most likely -- I don't think UVA is that weak, but how pundits will publicly make that prediction?

I think Wichita St is legit... but my issue with them is that they just simply haven't been tested, and they're not going to sneak up on anyone this March.

Wich St is for real...they have some pros, a great coach and are very high on defensive and offensive efficiency.
Still...they won't be coming out of nowhere this year and if they face some team like Ok St in R2, they could go out early.

Yea, it's been a fun run, Antoine and I basically gave up on them in January. Glad to have been wrong.

Yea...I don't like them that much. Not as good as usual but playing very well right now.

The Wake and Miami games were awful.

I just don't know. They didn't beat much on their run to the Final Four last year, or in the 31 wins this year...
I don't mean to sound that down on them, but yea, i could easily see a "major' conference team beating them in the round of 32.

AS was yesterday at Virginia Tech, despite the win.

Well if you're #1, you're legit. I agree with your assessment of Wichita State in terms of them not being tested. I could very well see them losing in the 2nd round.

They completely sleepwalked through that one. I was expecting a clunker sooner or later; I just didn't expect it to result in a win.
Re: Wichita State, I just have this feeling that they'll roll into the Sweet Sixteen, then lose by 25 to the 4/5 seed. I mean, getting absolutely blown out of the building.
