Willard (and the boosters) need to go add two more impactful players. They do that, and then it's not a matter of not having enough talent...its on Willard's coaching, how much the players mesh, the players self discipline and development, etc

But if the early rankings have then Top 20 as is, there is the potential for a big year if Willard can close and add a bit more.

I wonder if it is first one to commit or if it is possible they take 2 of 3.  Essegian gives them an extra year, and familiarity with the conference.  I think I would lean toward him, but Pope is probably the better player right now.  Miguel's shooting numbers from 3 and from the line went up, but his numbers inside the arc went down.

Amani Hansberry (Illinois) is rumored to be entering the transfer portal soon. He's a native of Silver Spring and went to Mount St. Joseph's, so assume Maryland would be in on him.

Hansberry probably looking for more playing time. Don't know if the Terps could give him that. 7.5 min game, averaged 2.4 ppg, 2.1 rpg & 30.8% from 3. Probably needs more development & go to where he can get more minutes. Terps need more of an impact player on the wing.
