Why would you put Ovechkin, the best player on the ice, in the box to serve Holtby's penalty? I know you are playing defense shorthanded, but you also want to score if you can and end it.

Couldn't ask for a better gift. If he unleashed that hard wrister of his earlier like from the hash marks he may have scored. Waiting till the last moment to try to make a finesse play cost him. Thats not his style.

So many good chances at the end of the 3rd and in OT, just couldn't put them away. Anderson was very good.
