Had Kline 9th at the end of May... and I argued with myself at the time that he should have been ranked higher.
He's one of the few guys to be somewhat excited about right now imo.

Time to move him where he belongs... in the pen. He was much better in relief than as a starter in college, and for Team USA.

Yeah, it'd be interesting to know what changed and who's idea it was. Well, interesting if it indeed causes him to pitch much better and skyrocket on the prospect charts. If he continues to be nothing special, then I'm less interested
