The coach and team should definitely do what's best for the team. At the same time, they've known all offseason they'd most likely be putting him in RF for awhile. I think a guy of that caliber should be told ASAP.

I agree with that too. But this has been talked about all
Offseason. Hard to believe he is being caught off guard here.

They're all still on shit. And when I say all I mean people who play professional sports for a living. Any sport. How you get caught when everyone else doesn't is the amazing thing. Manny better have all his bases covered.

As the drugs and masking agents get fancier so must the testing methods.

We are eventually going to reach a point where the CBA calls for blood samples twice a year or something -- we are heading down that path.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

What I'd love to see is for blood samples to be saved and allowed to be tested at any point in the future. I don't even care if these athletes aren't punished for it. Just do it to show how many are on it and ahead of the drug testing of the time.
