Them giving away assets to draft his replacement instead of drafting him help. No one communicated to him at all.
A simple, hey we are going to take the same strategy we did with you and draft a guy to learn behind you a couple years until you are ready to go, probably would have cleared most of it up.

Yeah but that was a year ago and he went out and had a great season. If he wanted to be traded because of that, which I wouldn't really criticize him for, I think it would've come out sooner than just now.
