That lineup is stacked with talent, even with some guys off to slow starts. Holliday, Beavers, Fabian, Wagner, Benscome, Ardoin.

Stowers cant have much time left to hold off Cowser. Hes just been too good.

Cowser's BB rate is up and the Ks are down. He started off slow with the Ks too so he's not been striking out much at all the last few weeks. I can dig 21% which is where he is now. By far the lowest its been in his career at any of the A+ and above stops. Hes just ready.

I don't think the Orioles care much for Stowers.

When Cowser is up he'll play. Probably take an injury or trade of Mullins, Hays, or Santander.

Ortiz and Westburg are ready, too.

Cowser seems like the most ready and he olays an OF position which is a need because Hays and Santander are both suspect in the field. Ideally, Santander DHs most of the time anyway. Clear spot for Cowser right now and its all the PT Vavra got early and Stowers is getting now.

Im fine with that if Cowser isnt coming up at the same time. Otherwise I dont see the room at DH and OF for him. For me there is one clear spot available right now. That is OF/DH against RHP. The ABs Stowers has gotten the last few weeks. Ive been angling for Cowser to get that spot. If its Westburg instead thats ok.
