Eric Ayala has officially hired an agent and will enter the NBA Draft.
I wish him luck, but I question whether he can make an NBA squad.

He's a G-Leaguer or overseas for now. He'd do well to get on someone's Summer League squad, that would help him at least get some exposure with an organization.

They also announced they’re hosting Western Carolina on Nov 10th, so the Turgeon Specials aren’t going away entirely.

Of course Mark Turgeon would have been cowering in the bowels of Xfinity for this one.
UCLA and Maryland finalizing home-and-home series that will begin in College Park
Yaaaaasssssss!!! I think this would be the first time MD and UCLA have played in the regular season since Lefty. I recall a home-and-home with them back in the early 1980's, with each team winning at home.

Honestly even if Willard doesn't want to be an aggressive non-conference scheduler long-term, there is no better way to endear himself to Maryland fans than to put a couple big things on the immediate schedule.

Props to WIllard for not being scared. Especially as he begins his journey here with all new players to him.
