I never have doubted his athletic ability or running which is off the charts. But, to say he’s “A good to elite passer” is a joke and only something a homer would say....BTW, I know you didn’t say it

For the record, I think he's a fair to good passer except in the red zone where he is outstanding. I just couldn't understand how he and the team set rushing records if opponents over played the run as you stated.

As cprenegade mentioned, it's a scary proposition to even imagine what this offense would be without Lamar.  We obviously have talented running backs but much of what they accomplish is due to a defense's fixation on what he's doing.  He's a generational talent, we're beyond lucky to have him behind center and despite any rogue critic that might exist, I don't know how anyone can deny the excitement he's brought to this team.  Maybe he'll never be Tom Brady or Peyton Manning throwing a football but neither one of them are Lamar Jackson.

Very consistent... There is no way I’d give him 30-40 million dollars per season on a 4 to 6 year deal. If the Ravens do ...we will live to regret it. Worse than Flacco the last 3 or 4 years

Like I said, you're willing to throw him away. That means you think he's trash.

Lamar Jackson or Sam Darnold? Who are you taking?

If you were in charge who would you have play quarterback next year after you convert Lamar to WR?

Sam Darnold is available!

Not really sure ...Not anyone on our roster. I’d love to draft Mac Jones or Kyle Trask.

Saying I wouldn’t give him 30-40 million per year isn’t calling him trash. To be clear, I’m totally against giving any QB 25% of the annual salary cap.

Nothing says "great idea" like turning your MVP QB into a WR and drafting a rookie to throw him the ball.

I'm sure the locker room would love that too.

Jesus.

You believe he is so bad that you would completely remove him from the position, or trade him for Sam Darnold.

That is trash level.

Sounds like the Jets might keep Darnold and build around him. They are blaming Gase for his poor handling of Tannehill and basically saying the same about his handling of Darnold. That said I’m drafting one as I’ve said

What if we start having Tucker take some snaps at middle linebacker?

I didn’t say that .... do you ever get tired of that shot taste in your mouth? How about discussing what I’m saying as opposed to creating your owe narrative and adding the “Jesus or Trash level” comments

So putting a puny guy at MLB is comparable to putting a great athletic runner at RB or WR. Stupid comparison but your the voice of reason here.

You've said you'd remove a unanimous MVP QB, who averages 30 TD passes a season, 7.5 YPA, near 4 to 1 TD to INT ratio, 64% completion percentage and career QB rating over 100, out of his position. You have no right to call anyone else's ideas "stupid".

I won't use subjective adjectives anymore to "rate" his passing ability. I'll just post his passing stats from now on. Your opinion holds way less value than then actual physical numbers hes put up to this point.

I dont disagree here. Mahomes may be the only player truly worth that.

Until that's Lamar's demand, its just pure speculation on your point.

You said you would move him from QB.

You said you would trade him for Darnold.

You created your own narrative.

Well hell ...Why don’t you go play middle linebacker?

What I love is the declaration that he'll never be as good as '19. Well no shit. He had one of the best seasons ever for a QB. Unanimous MVPs aren't named in seasons that arent historically great. His year this year was very good. He won 11 of 15 starts. Finished 6th in the league in QBR and his 99.3 QB rating that doesnt weigh his impact running the ball in any way is also very good . Hell, for a guy who apparently cant pass its gotta be amazing.

This was going to be my point. He could be a first ballot HoF’er and I wouldn’t be surprised if 2019 is his best season.

I usually don’t read his drivel but I’m in such a good mood after today it’s making me laugh.

And KC isn’t feeling the pain yet! His cap number was 5 million this year. Then 25, 32, and 43 the next three seasons. Let’s see what they look like talent wise in 2 years.
