You mean 40-man. And no, he does not. He was signed (drafted out of college) as a 22 y/o in 2017.
19+ year old signees (college draftees) have to be added after their 4th pro year. 18 or less year old signeed (HS draftees and most international free agents) get an extra season and don't have to be added until after their 5th pro year.
