Yesterday, they were working on an extension and today he is gone...Interesting.
Must have not been able to come together on a deal.
I feel confident in saying that you aren't going to go far with him as your head coach. Not a bad coordinator but I don't see it with him as a HC. I also don't feel like Mariota will be the guy people hoped he would be...but you can win with him IMO.

Mariota is always hurt and Winston is a dipshit. Funny how that debate was going on when they got drafted and both of them are underachieving.

Basically Miami is paying $5M and a 6th for a 7th and a 2020 4th round pick.
A couple years back Cleveland paid $16M (took on Osweiler's salary, released him) and a 4th for a future 2nd round pick.
Interesting to see the monetary value applied to picks. If these are consistent (which is very debatable), then the future 2nd cost Cleveland about 4.5 times what the future 4th did Miami. In draft points, a mid-2nd (420) is worth 6X a mid-4th (70).
