So if Towson wins, do they get a Gameday visit next season?

I doubt it. I think they need to win multiple titles, part of the appeal of North Dakota State was off-the-beaten path, which Towson isn't. Where would they air it from? But that be funny if Towson got it before Maryland did.

It was mostly tongue-in-cheek. They wouldn't go to Towson. I do think it would be cool though if they did go to an FCS school once a season.

I know it's just FCS, but you would think they could do much better with the field for a championship game. This is awful, and the NCAA should be embarrassed.

I don't care how big an underdog they are, Towson is their own worst enemy today, even more than the field.

I thought that, but it's not completely out of the question -- just think they're a few years away from that and the appeal of going to Towson isn't the same as North Dakota. They usually do a non-traditional game a year (military academy, MAC school, HBCU game, etc), I don't think it has to be an FCS game.
