Kind of a big game, I'd say the biggest event in school history.

The back-to-back NCAAT births in '90 and '91 got a lot of attention.
So did Men's Lax in '01 when they reached the Final 4... in '91 they reached the Lax final.. but lax wasn't on my radar at that point.
Probably right about this run being the biggest event though.

A bit of recentism on my part.
Didn't know about the back-to-back NCAA Tourney births in the early 90s. I think you need to win atleast a game, maybe an FGCU-like run for it to be bigger than making (and better yet, winning) an FCS Champ.
Lax was bigger in 2001 then 1991, I'm not sure but I'd think they'd have to make the Final, maybe winning it for it to be bigger in lax.

From a pure handicapping standpoint, this game should be a blowout. I hope I'm wrong, but not knowing anything about either team, and looking at it objectively, this might not be pretty.

What was the line on this one? How much betting is typically done for FCS and non-DI bball games?

Field looks nice (MLS stadium), but the turf is getting torn up.... early in the 1st.

North Dakota St was a 17.5 point favorite..
Football bettors will bet anything, we had some business on it this morning, not as much as the NFL playoffs obviously, but there was interest.

Looks like a lot of NDSU fans there.
Must be an annual pilgrimage to get out of the North Dakota cold.

I've never seen a line for a Towson regular season game before, but I'm sure it exists.

I'm sure there's someone at the bar at the campus Bateman's who will be happy to give you odds for a Towson-Indiana (Pa.) game in September.

That's 6 penalties already for Towson, something they do very little of... 2 personal fouls.

I don't want to say there's a lot of green-and-gold there, but they should have just played the damn game in Fargo and saved all of those people the trip.

They said earlier they were the most-penalized team in the CAA this year.

I am someone who has little need for actual facts!

I'm obviously happy about that call, but I don't like it.
