Towson's in the FCS semifinals! 49-39 over Eastern Illinois.
Next week they will either play at Eastern Washington or, if Jacksonville State can win tomorrow, host their semifinal game.
They also broke a single-game school rushing record, and Terrence West scored five touchdowns and blew away his personal best yardage total.

Eastern Washington beat Jacksonville State, so Towson has to go play their semifinal on this:

This is an exciting run. My uncle tore it up for Towson as a RB in the late 80's. Both of his brothers went there too. Very cool to see them accomplishing this.

Eastern Washington adjusted to the Tigers' run game, and since Athens got hurt and the backup can't throw well, they can't adjust in return. EWU's offense was going to wake up at some point, but with the Tigers unable to score, this is looking pretty dire.
