Figured it may be smart to start this..

Royals just acquired Johnny Cueto from the Reds..Not sure who is going to Cincy yet, though Finnegan and Manea are the rumored names..

Not that I think being the favorite means much in baseball, but the Royals are clearly the AL favorite and have a case to be the overall favorite.

A dominant bullpen is so valuable.

Agreed. Legit favorite to win it all.

Screw the Royals. A Royals-Nats WS would be the worst. Luckily, the Nats have Matt Williams to mess that up.

I'll still take KC over the Yankees. But in a perfect world a team like Houston or Minnesota or even the Angels would make it.

Finnegan, Lamb, and Reed are the three pitchers going to Cincinnati.

Minnesota would be cool, but I can't see them sustaining this.

CarGo is finally healthy again, and is killing the ball..Just hit his 10th home run in his last 15 games, 3 multi HR games in his last 5.

The Rockies may be able to get a nice haul of arms for him.

Though how's he going to stay healthy playing on that turf every night?

Reyes and prospects.

EDIT: Apparently LaTroy Hawkins is going with Tulo.

Yep at the expense of Jose Reyes and prospects. Not a huge upgrade this year according to fWAR since Tulo is having a down year, but perhaps this will revitalize him.

How great would it be if Colorado flipped Reyes back to the Mets?

Orioles should ask Col about Cargo.

That has to be the plan; the Mets, or maybe the Yankees or Dodgers.

Definitely think he's getting flipped. The Mets would be hysterical.

As always, the only way the Rockies can develop pitching is through trades. No FA pitcher will ever sign there.
