Astros' stadium vendor goes to bathroom to take a dump ("taking the Browns to the Super Bowl" LMAO!!!), sets tray of snow cones on floor in stall. Caught on camera.

The Astros' SB Nation blog / site is called: The Crawfish Boxes
I'm sure there is a Houston connection there, but strikes me as odd.

Aren't the seats in LF called the "Crawford Boxes"? It's gotta be a dig at that somehow, but I dunno.

Yeah, I don't see anything obvious there that is "diggatable". Not sure what the Crawfish Boxes means.

Probably a reference to the bayou culture of that part of Texas.

Just exchanged e-mails with David Coleman, the Managing Editor of The Crawfish Boxes:
Hi Chris,
The name originated before my time on the site. It's a play on the "Crawford Boxes," the section of seats in left field that are on top of the out of town scoreboard. Add in that Houstonians love their crawfish and the name was born.
Thanks,
David
Answer: Yes, I'm very bored on Monday's. So what. Don't judge me.

I've been on here most of the afternoon. No stone-throwing in this glass house.

Mark Appel, the No. 1 overall pick in this year's Major League Baseball draft, will make his professional debut Friday with Class A Tri-City, the Houston Astros announced.
Luhnow indicated last month that he expects Appel to move up to Class A Quad Cities, and possibly Double-A Corpus Christi, before the end of the season.

I assume that he'll also be assigned to Triple-A Houston before the year is out.

Have to be impressed with what the Astros are building down in the minors right now..
Correa
Appel
Springer
Cosart
DeShields
Singelton
They're going to be heard from a lot sooner than most people think.

It kind of reminds me of the Nats. Always fun to have an exciting developing farm system, next best thing to a winning baseball team.
