1st run shouldn't count, but Hammel not looking too sharp today...

Doc Halladay went 2.1 vs. the Marlins today and served up 9 earned, to bring his ERA to 8.65 on the season. Unreal how quick he's fallen.

Don't worry, Jerome Williams isn't holding the O's to 1 or 2 runs. Could be a high scoring affair, today.
Maybe Hammel will find his command between innings and get effective.

Has he hit 40 pitches yet this inning? This is awful to watch....c'mon Hamms!

MLB GameDay is showing every pitch of that AB was in the strike zone.

If they aren't throwing the ball directly down the middle, pitches aren't being called strikes...that was a good pitch on the inside corner. Terrible umping.

3-2 pitch was close. 2-2 pitch I thought was clearly low.

Doesn't Gameday use Pitch F/X? It looked a bit low on the TV so I won't complain about that one. MLB Game Day had it clearly in the zone.

Got him!
Now go even this thing up. I could get into the mood for a 8-6 slugfest.
