Miami has beaten a couple of good/solid teams. In spite of that, I like the match-up for the Terps on paper. But that's why they play the games. I think it's a close one, but the Terps have enough fire power to pull out the win.

I doubt they put Faust at PG yet (at least not primarily, though maybe we see it a bit)... I hope they do, but I just tend to doubt it. Maybe if Pe has another abysmal game or two. At the same time, you don't have too much time to waste, even in an 18-game schedule, with the bubble line being higher due to our OOC cupcake.

Not a must-win for the tournament or their ACC seeding or anything like that, but potentially a must-win for my sanity.

Agree with Mackus. A loss would really depress me and piss me off.

Turgeon moving Cleare into the starting lineup at the 5, Len to the 4. Hasn't decided on PG yet between Howard and Allen.

I like this move. Len is more suited for the 4 and Cleare is a mountain.

INtersting. I just don;t see how Allen can work as the main #1. I just see him being so much more efficient off the ball. That said, the options are pretty blah.

I think Maryland will pull out the win. I think, looking at film of last game that they should have won. They're gonna be dominant down low and gonna have to shoot really good from behind the arc to beat this team.

Looking forward to watching the football games, then finish the day watching the Terps against a physical Miami team. Good road test for Maryland tonight.

That is what being a fan brings, but then you get a magic game like last night and it makes all the pain worthwhile.

Maryland is young, they are going to provide highs and also lows. It will be a roller coaster this season and that to me is what I expected.

So Allen starting the game at the 1 rather than Pe. Surprised they made that move so quickly. We'll see how it goes.

Maryland feeding it into the post nearly every possession, but Len and Padgett have looked pretty poor here early.

Kadji hits a 2nd three, accounting for the Canes only offense so far. Wells answer for his 2nd straight bucket, it's 6-5 Canes early. Need to ad just and not let Kadji take open shots.

Does Maryland thing they are in the NBA? Len is just standing there near the paint, no one is moving without the ball. Very lethargic. Like they don't have a plan out there.

Not Len's finest game so far.

Len with a terrible sequence floor-to-floor there... goes up in the post, gets blocked, gets the ball back, tries to bounce it out of bounds off the defenders body, but the defender catches the ball. The Canes go to the other end of the floor and on a pump fake, draw Len off his feet to commit a foul. He's not having a good performance tonight so far.

Len really struggling. They want to lay inside out but Alex needs to work harder to get his spot. A pump fake would help a lot also.

Maryland's spacing has been off since the second half of FSU.

Not sure, I know Shaq is hurt though (back).

Something is definitely wrong with Pe'Shon though... he still thinks he should shoot. Crazy guy.
