Can't trust a team to beat KC if they can't beat Cleveland.

Maybe all this "best team in football" crap got to their heads. The best team doesn't lose to that trash pile in Cleveland.

Teams lose unexpected games all the time. Losing to Cleveland in October should have no impact on KC in January/ February.

It tells you how low their floor is. It tells you that choke gene that is pervasive through the franchise is still alive and well.

Bad losses happen. Losses to the worst teams in the sport by those purported to be among the best should absolutely not.

Short week, road game, divisional games. Those losses happen. Sucks, but happens. The fact that they did everything they could to lose and did was more disappointing.

Nothing about this game lowers the ceiling. Will make the race for the division crown tougher, so that's a real cost of the blunder. We all know they have duds in them, this was a reminder.

Big picture only new info today is a return to being real worried about Tucker. Don't think we'd ever get back to thinking he was automatic but his year, but he was really shaky and there is little confidence each time he goes out there.

They need to bring in a real challenger to Tuck next offseason

Ice cold take: they can't win a superbowl with this version of Tucker.

Also hoping not a major injury for Pierce. Did they say anything else?

See how he finishes. Feels like he's slipping well below the rest of the league and not just below his standards.

Well I think today dispels the narrative that was going around that the Ravens were somehow invincible.  They are mortal like every other team.  The thought that nobody could stop this offense was a little premature.  The Browns did a nice job of containing the Ravens.  Nobody is going to totally shut down an offense of Jackson, Henry, Flowers and the TE group, but the Browns defense did a nice job of limiting the damage and keeping their team in the game.

Of course, with the defense the Ravens have if you can contain the Ravens to 24 points you can probably win.  The Ravens have a huge Achilles heel that is going to sink them in the playoffs if it isn't fixed.  It is the secondary.  John Harbaugh keeps saying we have to clean things up on the back end, but if it was that simple it would be done by now.  This is either a coaching issue or a personnel issue, I'm really not sure which but it is becoming obvious to everyone in the NFL that you can pretty much throw the ball all over on the Ravens.  They've been torched by good QBs and by backup quality QBs.

As much as the NFL has become an offense first league, it usually still has been that good defenses will stifle good offenses in the playoffs.

I still think the Ravens will win the division.  Cincinnati is struggling and they were the team I thought could win the North.  I'm not quite ready to believe that Pittsburgh is as good as their record, which should be 6-2 after tomorrow night.  They are in the easy part of their schedule.

PS.  I'm not that worried about Tucker.  Maybe Harbaugh should think about kicking FGs inside of 40 yards instead of going on 4th down all of the time.  Tucker's pct. might look a lot better than being asked to kick so many 50 yarders.  He's not what he was a few years ago, but I think he would still be the guy I want out there with the game on the line.

It's the NFL, each week is about health, matchups, and motivation.

Certainly not invincible, but I really think the Ravens are going to win the Super Bowl.
This was a horrible loss, and it made things harder on themselves, but I'm past my irritations of a few hours ago... on to Denver.

With how quickly they ruled him out I was worried about a tear. Probably not walking off the field if it's torn though, so hopefully not long term.

They’ll never make a SB with this bum QB. Come on, Slide. Don’t give up now. Stick with it.

I'm past the point of getting too fired up or down on regular season wins and losses. Obviously you want as good a regular season as possible, but KC all but has the #1 seed locked at this point.

Get in and change the postseason narrative.

Calf, most of the time = Achilles. That would not be good.
