Povich seems to be able to limit the damage but it would be a lot better if he'd stop issuing so many walks.

Rookie pitchers generally walk guys.  The Orioles have lost 4 starters so we are going to live through Povich making adjustments at the big league level.

We're catching Cleveland at the wrong time but hopefully, we can win the series.  It won't be easy.

I have to give him credit for grinding out a decent start after starting off poorly against the Yankees the last time out.

He has shown good pitchability. Control and command will determine how good he can be (as usual I guess). Control improved at AAA this year, we'll see.

I am going tonight and tomorrow night.  I am hoping to see Povich and Irvin have good games.  Going again Saturday which will probably be Povich third home start.

Povich has excellent breaking stuff for a young guy.  Command of it is what's going to be challenging, especially at this level.  I could see him being a modern day, Scott McGregor.  He's not going to overpower anyone and needs to have spot control.
