After snapping their four-game losing streak with a road victory over Nebraska last weekend, Maryland returns to College Park for their final home game of the year against Michigan. They've already clinched bowl eligibility for the third straight season, the first time that's been done since the 2006-08 seasons. With a seventh win, they'd secure three straight winning records for the first time since the 2001-03 seasons. They've never won bowl games in three consecutive years, something they'll have a chance to do for the first time in program history at the end of this season.
The Wolverines are currently undefeated, and are coming off of a 24-15 win over Penn State on Saturday afternoon. As of today, Jim Harbaugh won't be on the sidelines for this game, but a hearing in the school's lawsuit challenging the Big Ten's suspension will take place on Friday morning. Offensive coordinator Sherrone Moore was the team's acting head coach last weekend.
Michigan opens as 20.5-point favorites in this game. ESPN gives them a 90.8% chance to win.
