Yeah, or maybe institute the runner rule starting the 11th or 12th

That’s just terrible. The result. Kind of have to make him make the perfect throw there IMO. But that’s brutal. Damn.

There are like a half dozen guys you just do not run on. Acuna Jr is one of them.

Maybe Mateo beats that throw, but 2B with one out is always better than nobody on with 2 outs.

What happened to 2nd base being considered scoring position?

 

Stay there and there are two chances that you score on a base hit and the challenge is... make the outfielder nail the throw to home plate.
