Gotta win this one and take the series. Cole Irvin revenge game against his old team would be a great time for him to turn his season around.

I want to see something from Irvin today. And maybe set the stage for the pitching staff to right itself.

Gotta rebound from that lousy team performance last night and take this series. 162 games is a long road but the ones in April count the same as the ones in September. Can't let series like this slip away.

Ooh a right-handed starting pitcher!

Last night did not bother me. Bad teams win games. The A's are bad, and the Orioles feel like a average team at best right now. What does bother me is Kremer's inability to keep the ball in the park, and the starters inability to clear the 5th inning. The pen is down two men, and the others are going to get worn down.

A silver lining in the P department last night - Baumann continues to look real solid out of the pen.

Our pitching, besides Gibson, has been atrocious against a pretty horrible Oakland lineup. Not good.

I like the lineup much better than last nights.
Santander's back issues must be worse that what they are saying.

Santander has to be nursing something to sit two straight games.

A sore back, which is never a good thing.

All that swing and miss.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

I think he has had some good AB's. I think he is close. His AB's are consistently getting deep in counts. I know he had a 14 pitch Ab and a 12 pitch AB. Hitting is a streaky thing so hopefully he gets it going soon.

Looks like Hays misplayed another ball in LF
I did not see it that way. He was playing shallow against a guy with little power, and the guy hit it into the grand canyon that is left field at CY
