If they get swept they are seven back in the loss column. I don't think the six left head to head would matter much.

Why not?

Go 5-1 in those remaining head-to-heads and then you're only 3 back with 19 other games remaining.  That's a game a week.  No problem.  Go 4-2 and you're 5 back, which is a much bigger hurdle but still achievable.

If anyone wants to quit if the O's lose tonight, go ahead.  But I won't be.

Ill stand my ground again. This team isnt going away. Not in early Sept. In two weeks time if things dont break well then maybe but they arent rolling over and dying

I would hear that argument but Urias has been so good at 3b defensively while Stowers has been a bit shaky in the field. Its the best hitting lineup.

I think Stowers is still an upgrade over Santander defensively.

Santander is considerably smoother in RF than LF. I dont doubt Stowers will be the better defender but again hes looked a bit shaky at times adjusting to big league lights maybe??

For a guy that lives and breathes analytics, that's a lot of hope. I like that!

This whole series has been one disruption after another. Prefer a delay at the start of the game rather than during, though.

The rest of the game should be rain free, knock on wood.

Anthems under way, this could be before 7:25, just FYI. I know no one wants to miss a single pitch right now.

Ball off Vlad's bat (106) was similar to the one Gunnar didn't get yesterday (108).  Make plays.

Might want to slide the 2B over right there.

3 good defensive plays (Urias, Odor, AR) to end Jays in 1st.

Come on offense. Wake the hell up.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?
