I think....well, I hope....he would have started today if Adley was behind the plate and Santander at DH. Though when Vavra gets back, we'll have to see what happens.

He has even splits, actually a little better against LHP, so he shouldn’t be.

And it isn’t like they’re benching Santander, and with Adley at DH, makes sense. They’ve been working out Santander at first, so if they do have him spell Mount from time to time, that’ll provide even more flexibility to get him AB’s.

I think Stowers plays about 30-34 of the last 42 games. That is good. It would be cool if the top 3 of the draft class, Adley, Gunnar and Stowers play the majority of the remaining games.

They absolutely do. Every game is so big right now. Time is getting short though. We need to get it going again.

We need to get back to doing the little things right. Simple stuff like Odor PHs and has one small job. Put the ball in play to the right side of the field. Nope pop up in foul ground to the 3rd baseman. Yes I know we scored anyway on the following at bat via a wild pitch. Still our execution just has to be much better at this stage of the season.
Done with Odor.
