Total BS. Both those plays are errors. At least Lyles got out of it with no damage, except for having to throw a lot more pitches than he should have.
Agreed. It took Lyles 5 outs to escape the first. We need him to eat innings today and that does not help.

Yeah nothing but respect for Lyles.
Agreed, as a fan, I just want guys to give everything they have each time they are called on. It may not always be pretty but Lyles is gutty and works his ass off.
