I think we will see Bradish and Harvey up and in the rotation after the break. Voth probably goes to long relief, and it will be interesting to see who else leaves the rotation.
Maybe they go to a 6 man rotation.

All of this makes sense

Needed to see that from Bradish last night. Dialed in against a great team on the road in a pressure packed game. Was a lot of fun to watch.

When Bradish is on, he is really on.

Hopefully as he learns two pitch in the big leagues the highs become more the norm.

Bradish has stuff. Its just about figuring things out. If he does he can be a legit #2 or #3.

Another strong game tonight.

Fun stat that hasn't been shared in this thread, so I'll put it here so it doesn't get lost out of another...

...but they said Bradish is the first Oriole pitcher to go 7+ innings in back-to-back starts and give up no runs and 2 hits in each.

That's crazy when you think about it...never Mussina? Palmer? Key? No one?...seems irrational that it hasn't happened, but we've done some crazy things the last couple of years.

We'll come back to this in other threads, but everyone keeps suggesting the orioles are signing 2-3 higher end pitchers....who are you going to sign that's been better than Kremer or Bradish of late?

I keep making this point, but you can't play everyone.  Bradish doesn't get real opportunity if you lock out the rotation.  Everyone can't pitch.  Yes, players get hurt or underperform, but you still have to create the start point.  Why would they spend big money (or really, any money) to lock out guys that are performing.  We don't know who will perform.  You can sign ERod and then you can't find him (literally).  You could sign DeGrom and then he doesn't pitch for you for almost 2 years.

You can hand the ball to Kremer and Bradish next year and they could be mediocre (like the difference between 2021 and 2022 Mullins) or they could fall of the cliff they recently recovered from...but they could also be competent QS+type starters.

Sign DeGrom or Rodriguez or whoever and then if/when they have a disappointing outcome you stil have Bradish or Kremer or Wells as backup options. If you don't sign anyone, you can't do anything if young guys don't find success until you have to pay through the nose in talent at the deadline and by then it may be too late to matter.

If you have 5 SP then you are still 2-3 short of having enough. We can use Norfolk and the bullpen to rotate through the ones that get hurt or aren't the top 5 to begin the year. But signing or trading for a big time SP (or two, my preference) dramatically increases your odds of having a strong rotation and a strong bullpen.

Couldn't ask for much more considering the lack of experience. He'll be a key member of the rotation next year.

Unless he totally bombs ST then he should be one of the 4 assured spots, along with Gibson, Irvin, and Kremer.

Has there been an update? Know the preliminary reports were that there wasn't a fracture.

I don't know how accurate these are but I got this from Rotowire:

May be headed for IL
April 4, 2023
Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Bradish is still dealing with a sore foot Tuesday and may spend time on the injured list, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Bradish was removed from Monday's win over the Rangers after taking a 104-mph line drive to the foot. Initial X-rays came back negative, but it seems Bradish may still need to miss a couple starts and spend time on the injured list.
