Yeah I have no idea how they compare to other teams, but agree that it feels like they're awful and have been for a long time.
Exception maybe for the good Buck years. Those teams seemed to do everything right in crunch time. Or maybe it was mostly just the bullpen and defense.

This is where I feel it's important psychologically to a team to have a closer. I know even good closers blow one run leads, and as fun as it is to watch Valdez throw the dead fish, this is one part about rebuilding that stinks. A revolving door at closer.
Obviously it's not really as important when you're rebuilding. But sucks as a fan.
