I think he is a lock at this point.

Keep him out of Fells Point and we should be fine!

Since he can still throw 95, and the gifs we've seen of his breaking stuff show movement.. I find him somewhat interesting. Would certainly be helpful if he could be a league average 4th or 5th.

The Orioles have selected Matt Harvey.
He will be on the Opening Day roster.

it will be interesting to see if Harvey has anything left. He has had some serious surgeries on his pitching arm,

4.06 ERA now, pretty impressive work so far after what he was doing the previous years

I listened to the interview he did after the game yesterday. He is clearly happy with how things are going, but he seems to long for the lost velocity.
He is working hard and adjusting. There have been pitchers who have re-invented themselves after the lightning in the arm has lessened. It will be interesting to see how far Harvey can go.

Yeah, obviously would be awesome if he still averaged 97 like he did in '13... but he's averaging 93.7 on his 4 seam this year. Diminished, but not like he no velo left.

Harvey has been better than anyone would have expected this year. So good for him and the Orioles.
I'd be a little concerned about the impact that his agents approach could have on him as things move forward.

Yea, he is not a soft tosser, but he seems to really miss be able to hit 100.
Old habits die hard.

What did I miss? What did his agent say?

Nothing, but it's Boras.
Okay that explains it. The good news is there is not much to lose with Harvey. He is on a cheap contract, and if he continues to do as he is now, he will be traded in July.
