Feel bad for Lopez. Good guy. He'll probably get invited to a ST next year and if his sinker is working he'll catch on somewhere.

Given how he pitched for the O's, it's worth bringing him back.
Good news! I saw a dog today.

I would not be surprised if he is at spring training in Sarasota with the Orioles.

I would have liked him back. Think decent chance they could have got him right in Spring Training.
Anyway, good for him, best to him.

I would have taken him too, his success was here, maybe they could get him back to where he was.
The bullpen is getting pretty full though. Maybe he has a better chance of sticking in the majors there, don't know their roster at all.

I think he wanted to work with the pitching coach in New York. He has experience with him.

This is what I read as well.
Jose Rosado and Jorge are very close, Some old guys like me should remember him with the Royals in the 90s.

I think he needs some time to cool off after his meltdown. But I wouldn't be against it. He was having a decent season until recently. And I seriously doubt Vieira would be missed to make room.

He seems very frustrated. His comments about not being a good team mate are troubling. I think I would pass.

Would be fine with him joining the carousel for the last spot or two in the pen for right now, but that wouldn't at all be a step towards actually fixing the pen.
The external additions we need are probably not happening for at least another month, but may be getting close enough to July that some of the lesser teams would consider a trade sooner than later. I think we need to add two good relief arms, including the best closer we can find.
