Yea, what we need is one of those honest politicians!

Oh wait, they don’t exist. :D

(Is there a way we can get rid of all of them?..asking for a friend)

Stop. You can't compare this clown to anyone, past or present, in either party.

Just watch the difference between him and Pence when they speak. It's so much more comforting to watch the VP.

I won't get too political but I am sick of people on both sides of the aisle bickering at each other.

Also, the "gotcha!" people that try to catch Trump in lies, you're wasting your time. Everyone knows he's a liar -- his followers don't care.

Focus on what is actually going on and fix it.

You don't need to try to catch him in a lie, they fly at us at an unprecedented rate.

It's not for the people who openly support President Trump. It's for the large group in the middle who are willing to look at two candidates and say, "Well, I'm not sure if I like that one personally, so I'm going to vote for the bombastic guy with the patriotic message."

Hopefully, if people are in the middle they're thinking rationally and attempting to be as unbiased as possible. If thats the case its pretty easy to see the facts as they are.

I will say I did catch Gov. Hogan on CNN the other night talking with Wolf Blitzer about his talks with the federal government. Hogan nailed it. Even Blitzer commended him for his comments and his response. Good look for Hogan being straight forward, unlike many a politician.

Near universal praise for Hogan.  I'll be interested to see what he does once his term is up.  One reason I liked him from the start is that he's not really a politician.  I think decisions he makes, whether I agree with them or not, are decisions that he thinks are right, not made in an effort to boost his political popularity.  I appreciate that.  Unfortunately that would probably just make him cannon fodder for more seasoned politicians in any sort of national election.

The reality is that he is probably one of the few politicians actually fit to be president.

I would much rather have the chance to vote for him than anyone who is up for the election now or any of the last few elections(on either side).

It’s incredible that he can be this popular and have this high of an approval rating in a democratic state.

Anyway, I have wondered if he would run in 2024 and/or go after a senate seat?

Hogan has been tremendous in all of this.

I genuinely believe he cares about his constituents and doesn't care if they vote D or R.

Maybe I"m naive, but he's the best I've seen in a long time. and I'm old as dirt.

I disagree with some of his views. Mostly Education, and a little too business friendly (at the local level his companies have all kinds of shady backdoor overdeveloping deals) BUT overall I think he really cares about people and would be much better than a lot of these people we see run.

He couldn't win the Republican nomination.

2024?

Maybe, i have a theory about 2024, but this is not the place for it.

Let's just say he won't be opposing Biden (assuming he beats Trump) in my best case scenario.

But yeah, he would be a very strong choice who could certainly sway some of my fellow Democrats, if the GOP can get back to "normal" after Trump.

Never going to agree 100% with anyone... and there are some issues with Hogan I've disagreed with.
But I respect that he's an adult, and operates as such, and I appreciate the leadership he's provided dealing with Coronavirus...

The bar is pretty low for acting like an adult right now isn't it?

Oh me too, education being #1 with a bullet.

But he legit seems like a good man, and right now, that's enough for me.

Didn't even mention when he called on a question from "the one in the back", who was Sean Spicer. That's the literal plot of maybe 50 SNL sketches over the years.

Why is Trump even answering questions at this point?  He's clueless.

Honestly, you find that funny?

You can say its inconsequential (and this one example is), but his temperament is not that of a leader.

And this isn't Republican bashing.

Can you imagine Hogan doing that? Dubya? Bush Sr (RIP)?

There is a level of decorum missing.

Yup.  It's an embarrassment and I think his behavior is fostering a lot of this "panic"

Honestly, if these "new" drugs (malaria and arthritis) don't seem to work we may need to just to the herd immunity.  Because this thing doesn't appear to be stoppable.

There was an imagine of people PACKED into a London subway earlier.  All the preaching simply isn't working.
