Regardless you're right the kid is a heck of a player.  Glad to see him getting run so early at Bama, you know how the younger one is doing at Landon?

I heard he was doing really well, last I heard. Haven’t heard anything so far about this season, I talked briefly with the mom before the game last Saturday, didn’t get the chance to hear how he was doing. She was a little nervous about the game.

He was enrolled

Enrolled, as in told them he was coming in April of his 8th grade year. Yes. But not after that. He didn’t do summer workouts with them, he didn’t do 7 in 7 with them, he didn’t scrimmage with them. He did all of that with GILMAN. I don’t call that being enrolled at the school. Plenty of kids have changed their minds after committing to schools. Had he done summer activities with Mcd, you might have a a leg to stand on. Since he did NONE OF THAT with McDonogh, you don’t have a pot to piss in.

Score update: FSK 16 Poly 12 at the half

Francis Scott Key ran out to a 16-0 lead in the 1st Quarter. The Poly freshman starting QB, Cortney Davis, went down with a leg injury late in the 1st quarter and the Engineers 2nd string QB led Poly to two 2nd quarter scores, one through the air. Poly is much faster than FSK and seemed to wear down the Eagles after their fast start. Poly gets the ball to start the 2nd half.
