Matt was older.. don't really know him, but know he went to Catonsville...

He's a good guy. I'm better friends with his wife Lexi, she's my best friend's wife's best friend, known her forever, such a nice person.

Are you fucking kidding me? Looters should be shot on sight.

Fucking pieces of shit.

The guy who owns Portallis(place where looting was going on) took a picture of the house where one of the looters lived, have the address and posted it on Facebook.

I hope those people get asshole cancer.

Howard High School football players raised a lot of money today including $300 donated by two little girls from their lemonade stand. Still good in the world.

Old EC will be back and better than ever. I'm confident in that.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

My worry for the businesses will be the rent.

If they rebuild, which I expect them to, you figure the rent will go up and it's already crazy high.

It's just crazy to think places like Tersiguels and Cocoa Lane are gone.

I have to think Lapas got a ton of damage too.

Don't know how many times I drove by all those places(or went to them) and to think they are no more is unreal.

Yup. It's going to be so sad the first time I drive down Main Street and look around.

Yea. I want to go see it but it will definitely be a shock to the system.

Tersiguels escaped major damage. Still won't be open for awhile with the rest of the street a wreck and not open to the public.

Not clear about Lapas...

Cocoa Lane (co owned by my old step brother) took a lot of damage...  Portalli's (owned by Evan Brown) destroyed.  Rumor Mill as mentioned. The Phoenix.

The Diamondback Tavern recently closed and was being turned into a beer bar (Manor Hill Tavern) owned by the people who own Victoria's Gastro Pub....  don't know what damage they had, but safe to say their opening won't be soon.

The Trolley Stop (in Oella right before EC) escaped damage, and was open today.

EC Brewing took a lot of damage, they have a donation page up for their workers.

Didn't hear about Judge's Bench.

Facebook page for Judge's Bench said best case scenario was being open Wednesday, so they must have avoided must damage.

Facebook page for EC Brewing says they will be closed for a significant amount of time...

Wow I can't believe the Trolly Stop was open today. That's insane.

The Phoenix is the one that hurts the most. I've been going there forever, know so many of the bartenders (past and present). Hell, my name is on the wall there.

It will never be the same. If I had only known that the last time I walked out of there...

If Judge's Bench is the only bar that can open they're gonna make a ton of money.

Personally spent the most time in Lapas and EC Brewing.  But time in all of them.

Saw enough photos yesterday that it really is going to take sometime to rebuild.  I'm wondering how long the street will be closed.

Awful lot of places and people impacted.   And those people that died? Horrific.

Whenever everything is back up and and running, look forward to beer crawling through each of them.

Such a shame.

EC Brewing was my favorite spot down there. They had some really good beer.

That's a real shame.

Yeah, I was surprised by their post... have to think it will be longer, if for no other reason then the street itself figures to be shut down for sometime and parking might not be available....  guess the firehouse lot might be fine.   Looked like the parking behind Lapa's is currently fucked.
