Wonder if this leads to a decision on Davis.
I strongly suspect they just option Santander, but I think it's time to make the move on Crush. I'd like to have everyday opportunities available for Smith, Stewart, and Santander, not to mention regular time at 1B for Mancini.

Rehabbing in the GCL, hopefully back this weekend.
This begs the question, is it an upgrade to go to Baltimore from the GCL?

DJ Stewart homered again today with the GCL team. Is close to joining a higher-level affiliate for rehab assignment.

Interesting that Stewart was optioned to AAA the other day but has yet to play for them since ending his rehab stint. Not in their lineup again tonight.
Really weird, like maybe he's got a slight knock?

Nice. Hope he can continue to have success. Really respect that he's made them notice him in the minors this season. I'd say he was behind Cedric Mullins in terms of "maybe he can be a future contributor" before the season began but has obviously vaulted far ahead.

Make them keep you DJ. Hit your way on like Santander has done.
How are we going to get by with only 13 pitchers.

The Orioles placed DJ Stewart on the 7-day concussion injured list so John Means could come off the IL to start tonight’s game.
Sad for DJ. He can not stay healthy and on the roster/
I hate that we need to keep 14 pitchers on the roster, when most of them are terrible.

Couple of nice plays today.
3 hits, to pull his average up to .263.
I like him. He has good ab's. Hopefully no further setbacks and he stays in the lineup the rest of this year, and we see what he is over a full year next season.

I always get scared when I hear about microfractures... looks like he won't be ready for the start of the season.
