Play action again to Juice... 18 yards.... wow... playaction based offense... looks great.
It's amazing how much the run game has been downgraded but it's still soooooo important.

How many preseason games have we had to keep our offense out there because of how bad they looked?
This may be the best opening drive of any preseason game that I can remember.
The Oline was excellent, running game looked good, Joe looked comfortable and the WR/TE were put in position to do things after the catch and get first downs.

The emphasis of the quick reads and throws was evident for Joe on that first drive. It was basically 1-2-throw and he looked versed in it.

Agreed..but it's important to every team.
If a team is running the ball on you, you are likely losing.
But yea, if you are going to use PA, the run game is enormous.

And it didn't appear it was something that would give him trouble.
