No way should Britton pitch both times today, and even if he pitches once today, I'd be leery about using him tomorrow. 5 appearances in 6 days is rough. Which goes back to Buck using him for a third straight day to get the save with a 3 run lead. Not sure about O'Day's recent usage.

I think the decision to keep Gonzalez in for the 8th, is a worse decision than going to McFarland in the 9th.... and that's with obviously knowing the Gonzalez decision worked, and the McFarland decision did not.
