@Dave_Gershman 2014 will be the first MLB season since 1978 to not feature a single player born in the 1960s.

One thing I found specifically interesting was the idea that one of the reasons the Tigers may have signed Nathan was to make it that much easier on Ausmus as a rookie manager, so he doesn't have to worry over the decision of who to bring in for the ninth.
I wonder how many teams actually think that way? Personally, I feel that if you are hiring a manager the ability to make that kind of decision, even with no experience, should be part of the process.

It hasn't been this hopping at Olympic Stadium Blue Monday. I don't usually pay too much attention to ST especially non-O's, but this does intrigue me
