Twittered by Kevin Goldstein and subsequently confirmed by Roch. Good luck to him.

Hearing that the Diamondbacks have claimed Brad Bergesen.

So much for Brad Bergesen staying in the Orioles' organization.
The Arizona Diamondbacks have claimed Bergesen on waivers after the Orioles designated him for assignment on Wednesday to make room on the 25-man roster for pitcher Tommy Hunter. Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus tweeted the news earlier today.

Good luck to Brad out in Arizona, but I won't miss having him in the organization at all.

Maybe this will be the best thing for Brad. It was not going to work for him here.

Sounds like he'll be working out of the bullpen, alongside David Hernandez

BB gets a fresh start and the O's get over 300K in salary relief. Looks like everyone except the D'backs bullpen is a winner.

I was a bit surprised when they tendered him last season, but then again I have never been a big fan of him long term.

Well I hear Linda Ronstadt is looking for a guitar player.
