Just brutal. I know the Red Sox have had a 'poor' season for their recent standards, but the tenor of that article is so poor. I don't expect Boston to turn it around this year, but frankly they are only 2 weeks of hot play from having a chance. Part of their collapse last September was all of the division games. With all of the division games this September, they would be capable of flipping things.
Agree with DJ, thanks for the internet.

95 Mariners anyone? At least that article isn't as bad as the "2011 Red Sox Will Be Better than the 1927 Yankees" article.

They aren't having nearly the bad season everyone is trying to make it out to be. The playoffs are a long-shot but not impossible. The team has talent.Just brutal. By their standards this a terrible year since the last time they finished under 500, we were over 500. If we had their record, we'd be satsified with a shot to break 500, not as happy as we are now.

Source: Carl Crawford is planning to ask the #RedSox to allow him to have Tommy John surgery next week.
Well I hear Linda Ronstadt is looking for a guitar player.

I would take him but you will have to trade a lot to get him.

Nothing to see here, IMO.

Agree with that. Highly unlikely they want to just dump the contract. But I would still claim him if he gets to us.If we get the claim they'll ask for the world and nothing will come of it.
Nothing to see here, IMO.
