AJP doubles into RF, both runs score. O's up 3-2.

That's a wild pitch Wieters usually gets.

Thought of Ricker Says on that play. Still not worried about Wieters defense... (can't imagine I will get to that point).. but is interesting. He was near perfection last year.

11,000 for Chicago tonight. Country's 3rd biggest City.... but other entertainment going on, and it is cold.

Konerko walks. 2 on, 1 out.

Yeah, it's Matty's fault for painting a picture of perfection for us last year. The contrast of anything less vs what he did last year is stark. But again, it's 11 games, and I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, lol.

Man, that was an almost identical situation to Konerko's double last night.

2-0 count to Rios, Chen gets one by him up and in. Goes back outside for strike 2.

Rios singles. AJP waits to see it gets past Hardy, stops at 3rd. Runners on the corners, 1 out.

Chen leaves.

Well, very SSS obviously, but stamina is on the radar as a concern of mine for Chen moving forward. He fell apart at about 85 pitches tonight. That won't cut it.

O'Day enters, and gets Ramirez to pop-up. Pretty ideal. 2out.

O'Day fakes to 3rd, goes back towards first and gets Rios picked off. Inning ends.

O's up 3-2 going to the 7th, Chen in line for his first MLB win.

O'Day didn't have great success in the past but it seems like he is fitting in well with the Orioles so far. I have to be honest, my fingers are crossed we don't see Gregg tonight. This is turning into Michael Gonzalez.

O'Day had two really good years with Texas.

Showing his strength, Wieters reaches outside the plate, flicks fairly far into RF. Rios with the catch. 1 out.
