Matusz gets another double play, as Johnson grounds out to Andino at SS. Andino steps on 2nd, and fires across. Nice.

Funny....I feel the exact opposite.

Don't be a hater! I don't know, I've always just loved his approach at the plate.

Good inning for Brian, as Bautista pops out to shallow left.

Grow a similar mustache in his honor!

I've got a full beard going right now, so the Nick Johnson pornstache might be next...

Edit: 10 pitch inning for Matusz. Great to see.

Great inning from BMat. Gave up a lead off hit up the middle, but induced a ground ball double play, and a pop up from Bautista to make quick work of the Jays.

Nice play from Bautista robbing Jones of extra-bases.

Palmer is right, good ab from Jones there. 2 out.

Davis pops out on the first pitch he sees, ending the O's 4th.

1-0 O's.

That was a good AB by Jones. Nice to see him take and lay off some pitches.

Also nice to see Betemit keeps hitting the ball hard.

Brian gets too much of the plate, Lawrie ties the game at 1 with a blast to left.

Perfect example of why strength/speed is so overrated. That pitch was in the worst possible location and Lawrie took it for a ride to tie the game.

There are more positives than negatives so far from Matusz, but it is irritating hoping for him to find his mechanics.

Rasmus pops out to Markakis.

What I mean with Matusz is you draft him as this highly polished college pitcher. Drafted as a guy capable of throwing 4 pitches for strikes on any count. Odd to me that he still has trouble repeating his mechanics.

Matusz strikes out Davis to end the 4th. Looked like a good change-up to me.
