You have to like Arrieta today....great stuff, good tempo, and his pitch count is fine too...now, the key for him will be how consistent he can become start to start...now that he is healthy, the sky is the limit!
You nailed it Pops. The Twins are not showing a particularly strong lineup, but today has been about what Arrieta is capable of. If he replicates his plan today, he can have success against anyone.

Yep, very promising start so far. The curve has looked very good and while the command hasn't been great, he's been solid with it and has had flashes of great command.

They're taking him out and I agree with the move. Take him out on a high note and before the pitch count gets into the 110+ range.
