Redick has had a damn good career, and became a really good defensive player too. I was definitely a "hater" back in his college days (obviously), but he has been a pleasant surprise to me. Seems like a good dude too, should be a good fit in Philly with all those young guys.

Kyle Korver signed a 3 year - $22 million deal. Reddick signed a 1 year $23 mill deal!!!!
Not to overly mix sports here, but if Orr had a choice to come back for one year and $23 million I'm pretty sure he'd do that too...good lord.
Then again when a roster is 12 guys instead of 53 I guess it's easier to pay these levels of money, but still...

Redick is a superior all around player.

Melo not even getting minutes in this summer league game vs. Boston.
He should have stuck around for his senior year. Either way he's going to end up overseas - might as well try go down as one of the Terp greats.

He's gonna have to do something super impressive to have a shot. Right now he's a dime a dozen scrub. His best attribute is slashing against inferior college defenses. You do that in the NBA they'll send the ball into the fifth row.
Love the guy but his future is being paid in Euros.

Agreed all around. Just sucks he isn't even getting minutes in a summer league game. I realize he's headed to Europe, and I'm sure he will get his degree... good for him.
