Probably not, but I think they'll grow vs. what we saw this past year.

Durant is going back to OKC to be at the ceremony when they retire Collison’s Jersey.

What do you guys think about retiring his jersey? His career numbers aren’t all that good. He was just a role player his entire career.

But he was there for 18 years and it seems like his impact on the locker room was immense.

I find it odd, but whatever I guess.  I mean Collison's first 4 years were in Seattle before the move.

In his 10 years with OKC, he started 55 games.  In his last 2 years, he played in 35 total games.

In his last 6 years, he never played more than 19.5 minutes per game.

He's probably one of the worst pro athletes to ever get his number retired, but obviously there's a lot of love for Nick in OKC, so whatever.

Yea, it doesn’t really matter. The team can do what they want and it has no impact on anything.

In some ways, I really like it because it shows an organization can look beyond numbers. This wouldn’t make sense to me in baseball but chemistry is so important in a sport like basketball, so the impact of a player off the court does have a lot of meaning.

But it would be interesting to see if anyone has had their number retired and have less of a statistical impact than Collison had.

Westbrook finishes the game against the Lakers with 20 Pts, 20 Reb, and 21 Ast.  The only other player in NBA history to achieve a 20/20/20 game, was Wilt Chamberlain (22 Pts, 25 Reb, and 21 Ast on Feb. 2nd, 1968).

He did it specifically for Nipsey Hussle. That's so incredible that I can't even.

He's going to average a triple double again.

He is also about to become the first player in NBA history to have multiple scoring and multiple assist titles.

That being said, OKC is going to be the 7th or 8th seed...As scary as that is for Denver or GS, that team should be a lot better.

It doesn't help that Westbrook shoots so poorly from the field.
