I think it's time to start batting Davis 4th. We are losing runs with Jones coming up McLouth, Manny, and Nick getting on base at a decent rate. Jones just doesn't get on base enough, makes too many outs and he's struggling now anyway. Let Davis get up more often when there are run scoring opportunities.

Nova with great movement on the 2-1, and 2-2 pitches to Nate. 1 out.

Nick lines into left center... Gardner with a nice play to hold him to a single.

Jones swinging, pitch in the dirt. O's done in the 1st.

I'd give Adam a day or two off. He's beyond horrible right now.

Big strikeout for Gonzalez. 1 down.

One of the most frustrating things about the Evil Empire is that on top of their lavish spending, and bottomless bank account, they do a ton of other things right in their organization. Being able to produce 5.0 WAR players like Gardner, and the other great's they've produced over the past several years, is just so frustrating.

Nice recovery by Gonzo so far.

Since so many of you already bitch about Wieters every night I'm starting up with Jones.

It's easy to see how they are able to maintain success for so long when they can produce guys like Jeter, Cano, Bernie Williams, Jorge Posada, Andy Pettitte, and Mariano Rivera while supplementing them with the money to buy other top talent.
It's great seeing them look like an Oriole team of old, however, with so many has beens and never will bes like Hafner, Overbay, Nix, Ichiro, and whoever else they start these days.

Why do you act like Wieters is undeserving of criticism?

I have Gardner on my non-BSL team, but the Yanks have done poorly In devdlopment recently. Beyond Cano, do they have any players to fear?
Melky while he's PED'ing
