I don't know why people would get those seats in the sections under the club level over hang. If it's raining, or a day game in the scorching heat, maybe, but it's just weird seeing a game in the shade.

That is some nice range by Navarro. Nice play. His arm is definitely suspect, but he has decent range from what I can tell so far.

David Adams, Jayson Nix, Austin Romine. How is a team with these 3 at 7, 8, 9 in first place? You thought having Flaherty was bad.

Gonzalez certainly looks good so far tonight. Getting movement on his pitches.

Nice inning by Gonzo... up to 33 pitches, but two impressive K's in the 2nd.

Bad result, but a nice 8-pitch AB from Davis. Gotta love his approach.

Surprised Davis is only seeing 3.77 P/PA... I think his play the past couple of weeks has brought that down quite a bit.

Hughes is getting lucky.

Was he as highly regarded as Arrieta/Tillman/Britton/Matusz when he was coming up?

Yes, I remember reading something where they felt Hughes was the next Roger Clemens.

Wow, really? Was he as highly touted as a Gausman/Bundy then? (Which is definitely higher than our cavalry was)
