I could see how as an athlete/competitor who is in to playing the game the right way and all that, you may not care for him, but I agree with the others, he was just fun. I never got too into any hype or expectations, but I did enjoy his presence.

I also said taht as well....teh other guys could do whippits after they make the towel w/ the cream...and why not use a frozen crust?!?!?!  I mean, make it "real"...they make millions and they are some cheap bastards!

Yeah. I never thought Pie was a great baseball player, but he showed flashes of great talent and seemed like a fun-loving guy. I know his lack of baseball IQ was incredibly frustrating, but I still defended him.
