Man, that 2-seamer that starts out inside, but breaks in enough to touch the plate vs. lefties is a pretty nasty pitch by Hellickson.

If you remember the off season, so many had doubts about Davis...could he hit like he did last year? could he be competent at first base? So far, so good...you just have to love how he has played...

In his last 11 games (entering tonight), Hardy has gone 14/42 (.333), with 4 homers and a .992 OPS. Good to see.
